At Brinkman Precision, parts production takes place on new
state-of-the-art equipment.
Brinkman Precision maintains five core competencies; these include turning, grinding, vertical
machining, in-house heat treating and electrical discharge machining (EDM).
Our expertise is dealing with
challenging materials such as L605, Hast-X, Inconel, Monel and Stainless. Brinkman
Precision and affiliates can turn products with a length to diameter ratio of
over 30:1 and with overall lengths up to forty inches.
Our grinding expertise includes crush grinding, surface grinding, match-grinding, outside diameter
grinding and inside diameter grinding to tolerances within 10 millionths of an
inch.
Our vertical machining capabilities are superb as we have a great deal of experience with
complicated fixtures and highly restrictive tolerances. Brinkman
Precision’s heat treating capabilities are conducted with two vacuum, aerospace
certified furnaces capable of brazing and other heat-treating programs. Brinkman
Precision also maintains a robust assortment of EDM wire, hole-sinking and
popper style machines to complement the primary turning, grinding and vertical
machining activities.Quality
